Diane Keaton’s “Pinterest house” is back on the market. The property, first listed in April 2025 by Keaton herself for $28.9 million, spent five months on the market and was quietly pulled from listings just before her passing later that year. It reemerged in December 2025 with a new asking price of $26.9 million.
The home lingered on the market for another six months before disappearing from listings once again. Now represented by Bravo star and celebrity real estate agent Josh Flagg of Compass, the iconic industrial barn has returned to the market with a reduced $22.9 million price tag, according to Realtor.com.
The Annie Hall actress called the Sullivan Canyon property home, spending nearly a decade transforming it through an extensive renovation. A seasoned house flipper who bought and restored nearly 50 homes over the years, Keaton documented both the renovation process and her deep connection to the property in her book, The House That Pinterest Built. The home ultimately became her longest-held—and final—residence.
While she may have poured a lot of love into the property, Keaton didn’t work on it alone. The actress hired architect Cliff May to work on her dream home. Together, they transformed the over 9,000-square-foot, five-bedroom, eight-bath ranch using reclaimed materials, including vintage Chicago clay bricks for the interior and exterior walls. The 0.65-acre property boasts an expansive built-in library, a sprawling kitchen with access to a sun-soaked fireside patio, and a brick-stone pool.
